The one thing you do need to be careful of is sending out newsletters on domains with them. If there is a spam complaint (and it takes multiple complaints, not just one as rumored) you should be able to provide opt-in data. A good webmaster has this stuff anyway, so no big deal.
As for hosting with them, if your ship is sailing smoothly then just let it be. That goes for any host.

This topic has made me lost sleep the last couple of nights, but I will look into other options for the future...but so far so good. Of course if I had a one word sex domain I would protect it at all costs. I do have a moniker account with some names and use them for auctions. Moving all the names would be a huge over haul at this time and would cost thousands of dollars.
I will tell you this if they had removed a domain from my account...the new person who registered it...let's just say I would make him an offer he can't refuse.
