No trying to be negative here, but Chio did claim to be around for a long time and fully understood what adult is all about. I've spoken with him lots and liked him for sure.

His business was in billing.

Billing is the number staple to our industry, it's what we all live by, any issue with billing can cause huge trauma and shut down a company rather quickly.

I fully understand he has personal issues, ones that appear to be pretty intense from what I have read and heard.

Given that I wish him the best, BUT

When you are going to make your business model billing, something where people depend on you for their everything, to feed their families, grow their business, pay the bills, pay webmasters and everything else, you cannot have that billing business built around you. That is just wrong on so many levels and a very ignorant thing to do to the people you are doing business with.

If you get sick have family issues you need to have the business be able to keep going in your absence, people should not have to wait and or lose their business based on your not having your shit in order enough to make sure they are taken care of no matter what.
