What about someone honestly wanting to make sure someone else who can't afford cough syrup gets what they need for their child? My boyfriend has some prescriptions that are worth hundreds of dollars, but he got moved to a different medication and there are still over 100 pills left. We'd rather give them to someone who can't afford them and who needs them (who obviously has a prescription) than just throw them out. What a waste.
