First spring break i went on was to key west and got lots of good footage but that was like 6yrs ago. The next year we went to Panama City and that sucked all the bars with wet tee contests wouldn't let me bring in my camera. If you really want to get some good footage i think you need to make a deal with the bar/club running the wet tee contests. Both locations had tons of hot girls "going wild" but like i said if you want to get good quality shots and not run into by every drunk frat boy make a deal with the venue running the show. Good luck!
