H.R. 45 is a backdoor to more or less eliminating your constitutional rights to own a gun. You will have to take a series of tests (no explanation of what those tests will be) and your medical history will play a factor in your gun ownership. There aren't really any limits to what they can use against you for denial. Just whatever they put in there after they get it passed. Get a DUI? Sorry sir you're rights are revoked. Take valium for anxiety? Sorry sir you're denied.. You will get 2 years to comply. Once you're all signed up your constitutional rights can be denied, expire or be revoked. Sounds great doesn't it? They should just make all of our constitutional rights have expiration dates. Rahm Emanuel said not long ago that even though my roots go back on this land before there was even a United States that my citizenship is a privilege. Well I've got some news for Rahm.
