at most of my sites i have also blogs, guestbooks, forums, potds, etc, so i am sorting them to subdomains ... the site looks bigger and eg database.goldpornstars.com/brigitte-lahaie looks like it is database, not like goldpornstars.com/brigitte-lahaie , that looks just like some directory on server ... i like my way, but i may be totally wrong
