Very few companies look after the well being of its employee's and if it was not for some Labor laws very few benefits would be provided.
Now I will know some companies take very good care of thier employee's in profit sharing which is an awesome perk and generous perk infact if you ask me it should be required by law, some company owners are worthy of respect but those are few and far between.
Definatly if a company succeeds its employee's need to be rewarded for the work to celebrate in the success. But this is not case in regards to this whole bail out thing that is happening.
American public is learning that these so called execs have done nothing for the companies they work for, infact in many cases these top level guys are paying themselves for utter failure.
Case and point is strong with the American Automotive Industry.
American cars suck, these automotive companies had no intererst in creating more fuel efficient cars, these companies essentially forced on the American public gas guzzling over priced SUV's during a rise in gas prices! On top of which they were being outsold and out performed by foreign manufactures that went out of thier way to create more fuel efficient and safer cars that last longer and just simply built better in every way.
Yet those dumb ass rich fucks rewarded themselves billions of dollars.
