You can say what you want about it... But I'll say this, if it all boils down to a personal view of some elses interpretation of a law that has no real hard fast definition of what is or what is not obscene and that law can also be warped be local/municial law.

Then there will be much more railroaded by the injustice of the federal government to come...

Any law with no clear definition is no better then no law at all, as it can be used for selective prosicution and little defence can be mounted to fight it.
