Get up.
Do a few stretches and perhaps a couple sit ups.
Get a small heavy sauce pan and pour some milk into it, let it simmer on the stove at the lowest heat possible.
While the milk gets warm, take a shower using candle light only.
Get out of the shower, dry over and dust yourself with talc powder.
Go stir the milk.
Head to your bedroom and turn off all electronic devices.
Go back into the kitchen and carefully pour the milk into a wide mouthed coffee cup.
Grab a glass of water while in there.
head back to bed with the water and the milk.
Take out a Xanax, Valium, Ambien, Zoloft, etc. or combo of your choice. Pop that and take a swig of the water.
Take 10 very deep breaths while sitting on the edge of the bed, clearing your mind of all thoughts and bothers with each exhale.
When you feel zen like relaxation in your body, dip your nuts into the warm milk.
