I hear that a lot, but what I've seen on this board is programmers developing tube scripts,
CMS's, remote stats, toplist scripts, tgp scripts, etc, etc...
and all of it was completed and worked.
Maybe you hire people who have not developed any products and somehow you think
they are going to finish your job.
If they haven't done anything note worthy then why do you expect them to become
"super programmer" just because you hired them?
Maybe people don't hire correctly and then place the blame on "programmers".
People balk at price quotes from programmers then go for cheap.
End result is they got what they paid for.....nothing!
