Break up all the chicken, toss in the red hot and the bag of shredded cheese. Ball them up, roll them in the eggs and breadcrumbs, toss them in the fryer at 350. Dip in Blue Cheese.
They're simple to make and one of the best things to come out of my fryer in a while.

Do they taste OK if they sit for awhile and are no longer hot?
