You did a lot to promote them but that were with a previous owner and the new owner probably don't care about this. If I had to advise you offer them a $2,000 payment you pay right away to settle the issue. If they don't accept it agree to the $3,000 paying $1,000 a month.
Don't even start pursuing the issue with not signing with your legal name it might get you into trouble.
