What are some ways of getting cash from (or transfering to bank account) an American Express credit card? Besides a cash advanced....
Maybe like Epassporte? Can I transfer money from the cc to my account?
I've heard some grocery stores allow you to purchase money orders with a credit card..but I haven't found any around me.

Any ideas??
