I just call this guy to ask if I expect foreign payments like I've been doing for years, to see if they are in his systems (since internet/telebanking is a day behind or so...or more) and this girl answering the phone says: "He doesn't work here anymore".
Weird, no letter, no email, no phonecall, nothing. Must be the credit crisis re-organisations.
I feel account managerless

(but it always better to speak to a person in a local branche with a local phone or cell number, then these 800 numbers with call centers...........cause they sucky fucky big time)
