yeah i know about the cards and registration fees...i'm talking a tax per sale, like you buy a $50 eighth and after it's rung up with tax it comes to $55 for example...or the feds could just toss on their own registration fees like counties do..but they would make alot more with the per purchase tax...and of course being the gov they would end up charging registration fees and then charging tax per sale...but at least it would be totally legal at the federal level finally...
