How precise were the VX nerve gas, mustard gas, and sarin gas that Saddam Hussein dropped on the Kurds, for no specific reason. More children died that day than people have died in this entire war. Most of them died where they stood. The people who survived have been plagued with birth defects, various cancers, and having their land turned from fertile ground to a wasteland.
Get off your fucking holier than thou high horse and do a little research. Saddam certainly isn't some fucking saint. The Iraqi people have been victims for decades.
