I live in NYC and there are more people asking for handouts on this board, then out the streets of the big city.
Go get a fucking job flipping burgers, then when you saved up a measly 100 dollars. get yourself a years worth of shared hosting. get yourself a few domains names 5 x $7 = $35. start some free sites. Put some time and effort in like everybody else has done.
With a huge investment of $135 you are on your way to success.
