He is my favorite and his book his awesome. I just love that he looks so casual, like he just woke up and decided to kick some ass.
There is a Fitness expo in LA this weekend....lots of stuff going on including MMA, Strongman, Sumo, Body Building, Fitness etc.
Cheap admission and lots to do.
