A friend of mine's GF shit on him once. They were on a cruise and she got the norwalk virus which makes you shit and puke for about 24 hours. They were asleep and she woke up having to shit (I've had the norwalk, when you feel it you have got right then) she tried to crawl over him to get to the bed (why she wasn't sleeping on the outside nobody knows) and she ended up shitting all over him.
They got married a few months later so it must not have turned him off that much
