Go to Enterprise Rent-a-Car, rent a nice car for a day $50.00 or so. Have someone pull the car into the drive-way while she is home, and then wrap the key in a box with a bow and little note "Congratulations on your License!". When she opens the box, she'll see a car key. Then have her put on a blindfold and walk her outside and stand her in front of the car.

EDIT: I suggest Enterprise, because they don't put those "RENTAL" stickers on the car.
