This flying iquanashit is a bit slow on the uptake. You're right of course... according to the ARTICLE, these 8 canadians are members of the US military, and are US soldiers. I'm not sure how they pulled it off, the article is unclear on that, but it states clearly that they are Canadians, and that they are IN the US military and are over in Iraq fighting against the Iraqi army.
