A couple errant bombs out of the thousands dropped aren't going to make a difference in the overall war.
As someone said in another thread, if the Iraqis feel safe enough to be shopping in a market during the bombings, it shows they know the civillians aren't being targeted and know how fucking accurate the bombs are.
