if I have a business parter that gets a hosting account for mine and his stuff, but yet he is the person on the bill and he is the person taking care of the bill, EVEN IF THE HOST KNOWS I AM HIS PARTNER, I am not one single bit responsible for that hosting account if it was paid for by an individual other than me
