Beside some oild and diamonds it doesn't have much to become rich.
What happend in Rwanda is pretty bad yes but it doesn't mean America and other western countries have to help right away.
Might sound hard but it's not a danger for us and they can't offer much in return.
After all most western countries atleast do something.
And that's something that most muslim countries won't do.
