And to be 2257 compliant, the 2257 record needs to have these sections filled out (with others) which is not possible if the performer is doing it:
"Date Performer's I.D. was examined:"
"Performer's I.D. was examined by (name):"
thus it's a 2257 violation.
Although you wouldn't be in 2257 violation since you personally aren't in the states or a citizen, anyone using your content to promote your site would be. If you are ok with that, that's cool, you just aren't fully 2257 compliant like most people in this industry is my point.

While I'm not savvy enough on the situation to enter debate (that's why I pay a lawyer...), I guess the two major points in my eyes are that:
#1 - I know, well beyond reasonable doubt, that the content I have is legally obtained, ID checked, and verified individually. I still personally review every set that comes through, as I don't trust the job to anyone else.
#2 - I know that the process was created and reviewed by a prominent adult lawyer, and has stood up to inspection / scrutiny in previous times when demanded (billers picking 5 random sets, asking for ID + releases for selected content etc). I'm actually in the process (as of about a week ago) having it all reviewed again by a different law firm, to see if it could be at all streamlined.
