Yes how dare they offer a good product with excellent warranties at a fair price _AND_ expect you to take 5 seconds out of your day to try and work with the poor guy from tech support.
If you're not savvy enough with computers that you need the tech support _AND_ you're too stupid to puzzle out what the poor Indian is trying to tell you then the upsell tech support sounds like it's just the thing for you.
Funnily enough those who complain loudest about not being able to understand someone who speaks English as a second language tend to have the least valuable time anyway.
