Just to add - all the refferal links go to a custom join page with ccbill only options aka:

is inserted as a custom url to the ref link code.

You can choose which payment options you want to use, if you want to use regional billing or fixed prices in EUR / USD or deeplink to any page.

I can set up any of that.
