I've checked out the following programs so far.
ZetaCash - no cookie info on join page plus they have a link to segpay on there that i know the webmaster doesn't get credit for.
CleanP - the cookie information on the join has another ccbill id and it's not mine.
Needless to say I won't be promoting either one.
