Saddam is no worse a threat to the US today than he was when he was ejected from Kuwait in 1991.
Nothing has gotten worse.
This "crisis" was entirely manufactured by the Bush administration.
We are in this situation because W. decided he wanted to use the war on terror as an excuse to play out a personal vendetta against Hussein. No other reason.
