Thank you. I promise I check ID before I ever snap a picture. I also have a good understanding of communication law... spent 4 years as an ops manager in a TV station and got to work with our attorney whenever there was a subpoena or lawsuit.

I am using a 2257 release provided by a webmaster/program manager... and it has space for multiple witnesses. That just made me wonder if there was a legal need for someone beyond the photographer to witness the signing of the release.
