I was about to log into my email once when an ICQ popped up, and I somehow ended up sending my password to some random person inquiring about work.

Another time, I sent off a long rant about an annoying client to my boss, only to realize that I had accidentally sent it to another client... Luckily, NOT the one I was ranting about!
