So you want someone who can design / build pages, edit your video, and submit to tgps? for $1000 - $1500 / month?
If it is a 'full time' job like you say it is -- thats $6.25 to $9.37 per hour -- shit McDonalds starts at like $7 per hour doesn't it?
Hope you can find someone for that cheap -- and my condolences for anyone with those skills that is in a desperate enough situation to take the job for that little $
