Same goes with the hollandaise sauce - I hate to say it but they make it in a pack and it tastes almost as good as what you cook from scratch.

If you are saying that you have never had the pleasure of creamy, fresh, tangy homemade Hollandaise.
And it's not too difficult to poach an egg - it takes 4 minutes, salt, vinegar and a slotted spoon.
