there are countless books on this, but your entire digestion changes when you go from meat eater to veg, unless youve been through it and truly understand what meat does to you, this conversation will serve no purpose.
i dont want to argue, but it goes much deeper than that.
its no wonder you dont see fat vegetarians, because switching from meat will make you drop SOOOO much weight, and it STAYS AWAY!
as i said, i have years of experience with this feeling and understanding MY OWN BODY, it goes deeper than just calories, your entire digestion changes, the way your body gets energy etc... you digest and poop out food FASTER, and much more, and until youve experienced it and really understand the change, its hard to understand... meat clogs up your intestines, once you stop vegs run right through you and the entire digestion of food changes.
