That doesn't make any sense at all.
A) Unless your domain is managed by that nameserver, your domain won't resolve to anything and no one will be able to get to it.
B) There are hundreds of domains using the same nameservers at any given host but they don't steal each other's page ranks. Just whois a few domains until you find 4-5 on the same nameservers and check their page ranks, they won't be anything like each other. I have over 100 domains on my server all using the same nameservers and they have a wide variety of page ranks.
