you might review your .htaccess. playaplaya is right that movie players and download managers dont send refferal informations so except your .htaccess is working with a cookie script (which will block everyone who has cookies disabled) or someone tries to inline your movie - the .htaccess is usless for your movies.
but the problem is .. that you also dont have images protected - try
www.hotlinking.com .. everyone can hotlink your thumbs etc
