I used to have to hide my Adderall when I lived in a campus party house. It was really annoying, because I had to pay for it (and even as a generic, it's expensive) and *needed* it to be able to do well in school and at work, but I caught a few people in my bedroom looking for it just because they wanted to snort it or something. I've never been one to do drugs recreationally (I assume this comes from having both parents work in the medical/drug testing field and working in pharmacy myself, I just know the dangers too well and am a cautious person at the core anyhow) but shit like that always made me hate on people who took amphetamines for fun.

I let my roommate at the time then girlfriend stay at my house with her 4 kids. I couldn't believe how much this girl could get done in one day with working, driving her kids all over the place and then would come back to the house and go on a cleaning spree as payment for staying there. I soon found out not only did she have a prescription for Adderall for herself she was taking her 13 year old daughters (stronger) prescription also. On top of it when I was leaving to go to the doctor's one day she asked me if I could tell my doctor that I was having trouble concentrating at work and staying focused hoping that he would prescribe it for me. I told her no and she got all bent. It was only half way through the month and she had already gone through 2 prescriptions of it. When I pointed that out to her she informed me that she hadn't taken all of it, she had sold some, like that made it okay. I told her right then and there that she had to find a new place to stay.
