When I sold scripts I used to have aol blocked via .htaccess. Those motherfuckers are pretty much braindead.
Inevitably they would try to "publish" scripts using frontpage and then get mad at me when they didn't work. Trying to explain FTP and permissions just wasn't worth the hassle.
