Yes but in webcam and phone sex... Some banks like MCCS won't take anything but a signature... Sometimes with Humboldt (pre being bought.. I haven't disputed a cb with them since they changed hands).... You could provide proof of phone number, address, or email...
But with cam and phone sex.. the instance of it being charged back is so high.. that the banks are complete dicks to us when it comes to winning.
