My cousin, also named Ryan, is also autistic. He is now 11 years old and is challenging but lovely. He spends nearly every day with my grandmother after school and I don't think he would be nearly as well along if he didn't have somebody home when he needed them.

I got into this line of work to look after my disabled husband. It is exactly why this kind of job is so good for those situations.
