Actually you don't. Despite what it looks like in the picture, it doesn't fly high enough to require a full pilots license, however you probably need some kind of sport license.
What we need is an ELECTRIC, FLYING CAR that can HOVER like a Helicopter, instead of a gasoline powered plane that needs lateral speed to stay in the air. THEN we can finally say, The Future is Here.
