ZaHa, there is a new one out there that lets webmasters promote their premium level sites. I'll see if I can find it.
It worked by letting "affiliate webmasters" promote premium level AVS sites built by other webmasters, with the two splitting the payout (I don't think it was a 50/50 split though).
