It WILL hurt. It will be tough. It will be tempting to keep ties and be "friends", but it is better from your perspective to drop everything cold turkey.
Conniving behavior such as what you have experienced must not be rewarded. She does not deserve your time or your patience in any manner shape or form.
Now is the time to get your best buds around you too. You will be tempted to take it easy and give her some leeway. Give your buds the permission to give you a firm slap in the face if they see that happening.
Good luck and learn the lesson. Replay the "signs" in your head, write them down and/or put them into long term memory. It'll save you a lot of trouble later.
