Um screw you and that idea. Not everybody should be able to own a home. Sure people can and should save to get one but to think that a couple that earns minimum wage should be able to buy a whole is just fucking nutty. Not everyone needs to own, there have been renters forever and they should be. Besides you can not force people to sell their property for less than it is worth in their minds.
