i was advised on it a few years ago from a leading anabolic steroid authority in the states.. this particular cycle is self-prescribed as you don't need prescriptions for AS in Asia where I live. It's legal.
and in case you haven't looked it up, it's basically testosterone to make you stronger, recover quicker etc etc when stacked with other things.
