DWB and Redshoe - the 2 of you have to be the most anxious motherfuckers we've encountered in a while LOL. You're the 1st Elevated X client to submit a support ticket before their software install was even finished
For what it's worth I checked the timestamps on your CMS install request tickets and I see that the longest you waited on a reply from during the entire install process was about 48 hours.
Thanks for coming back to post again and clarify so people didn't get the wrong idea and think we went missing or were ignoring our clients...
We're glad your install is done and everything is squared away now.
