I wasn't a Noob on Tom's board when it opened actually.
I was helping out there, which ended up me being offerd Netpond's noob board, and then Netpond itself. Hell, I think it's great that one of the bigger Hosts in our industry is owned by a friend who I helped setup his .htaccess when he was a noob.
You just don't see the committment with noobs as you did back 10 plus years ago. But then again, it was falling out of the sky back then.
