But it gives you a ball park at least. i say appraise with 2 or 3 and take the mean amount as your price.
It's kind of hard to value something which in one way or another, actually doesn't exist.
A domain is computer generated, it has not visual value as such, the content presented on that domain is also computer generated. the only real value of a domain is it's visits.
I look at domains like museums. if people come and pay you get revenue. you can have the best museum in the world with the best exhibits inside(content) but if you don't get people coming through the door(genuine hits) it may aswell not exist.
