Young, immature, drama loving young girls like the bad boys. I am not 35 and had my share of jerk offs and Ill admit gave up quite a few decent guys when I didnt know better. I am with someone now that is great to me in everyway. He doesnt support me financially, we work together.
Anyone that gets upset that you have ambitions and are trying to make something of themselves is someone that requires WAY too much attention. She needs to grow up and honestly thats not going to happen when she is in the sheltered situation such as your relationship.
My advice would be for you to concentrate on building your life and future. You both should experience living on your own and having seperate life experiences. Hopefully, even if the break up is tough, you will both do some growing (Especially her) and can maybe get back together in the future and have it work.
People only treat you the way you allow them too.
