Dear client,
We are experiencing an intermittent network issue. Most of the time the connections are working fine, but for smaller and somewhat longer periods of time, the connection is timing out due to packetloss.
This is being caused by a problem at our network supplier (ReasonNet IP Networks). The problem at their end is being caused by an issue on their switching platform.
At this point we do not know the exact timeframe as to when this will be fixed permanently, however all personel is working as quickly as possible to implement a permanent solution.
As soon as we have any more information on the timeframe, we will update this here immediately.
